Job Description
We're looking for a high-performing Software Engineer to drive high-velocity product development and bring AI detection to where our users work. You'll work across the stack, integrating our AI detection platform into different workflows and building out user-facing dashboards and visualizations. This is a 100% in-person role in New York City.
Responsibilities
- Develop new features on Pangram's frontend and backend.
- Iterate quickly with prototypes and AI-driven development.
- Build robust production systems with broad test coverage and high uptime.
- Build out and own Pangram's integrations into learning management systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python, Javascript/Typescript, React, Next.js, Tailwind
- Experience with Django or similar backend framework
- Familiarity with SQL/relational databases
Preferred Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related degree
- Familiarity with learning management systems like Canvas
- Experience working at a startup or another fast-paced environment

Compensation
- Base Salary: $140,000-170,000
