Labeling
By default, we add a label when we detect AI or Mixed mail. Choose what happens after an AI label is applied: label only and leave in Inbox, label and skip the Inbox (archive it), or label and send it to Spam.
Never check mail from
Exclude any sender or label. Excluded mail is never fetched—Pangram won’t see it at all.
Label human mail
Human mail will also receive a Human label. A default you can change now or later.
Inbox checking
New messages are checked and labeled as they arrive. Pausing the integration will stop new scans. Existing labels stay in Gmail.

Privacy

The detector itself does not receive the sender, recipients, subject, or other mailbox metadata. We do not log or store your email message, subject, or detailed detection results in our database. We simply classify your inbox message as AI, Mixed, or Human and add that label to your Gmail.
