The Pangram Chrome Extension feed scanning feature can check posts and comments >50 words in a supported social feed and flag AI, Human, and Mixed posts and comments.
Requirements
- Pangram Chrome Extension installed in Chrome. For help installing the extension, see Installing the Pangram Chrome Extension
- An active Pangram Individual or Professional plan or trial.
Turn on feed scanning during onboarding
- If this is your first time installing the Pangram Chrome Extension (or if you remove and re-install the extension), you will see an option to turn on feed scanning in onboarding.
- In the "Monitor AI content on your social feed" step, click "Yes, turn on this feature"

If you already have the extension installed, you may manage the feed scanner feature and settings via the Chrome extension directly
- Pin the extension by clicking the puzzle icon to the right of the URL bar
- Click the Pangram logo to open the extension settings once pinned.
- Scroll down to see settings around the feed scanning feature, to toggle the feature on and off globally or for selected platforms.

Once you have turned on the feed scanning feature and have an active Pangram plan, Pangram will automatically scan and label posts and comments on your feed. As you scroll, you will see labels for posts and comments >50 words automatically, for example in the image below.
- You can click the Human / AI / Mixed label inline to see the detailed scan of the text in your Chrome extension.
