How credits are counted
One credit equals 100 words, rounded up to the next 100. So a 99-word scan uses 1 credit, and a 101-word scan uses 2 credits.
A plagiarism check costs 5 credits per scan.
How many credits you get
- Free — 20 credits per day (up to 2,000 words/day).
- Individual — 3,000 credits per month (up to 300,000 words/month).
- Professional — 15,000 credits per month (up to 1,500,000 words/month).
Credits refresh each period — daily on the Free plan, monthly on paid plans.
Image detection - research preview
Image detection scans use a separate allowance, not word credits: 3 per day on Free, 100 per month on Individual, and 500 per month on Professional.
