Feedback helps improve Pangram, whether it's reporting a result you believe to be incorrect, flagging a bug for us to fix, sending us a feature request, or any other feedback that you might have! Here's how to send it.
Feedback on results
- Open the result you want to give feedback on, either after scanning it or from the History / All Checks page in your account.
- Below the model prediction percentage, you should see a question "Was this result helpful?" with a thumbs up and thumbs down icon. Select whichever one you would like, and a pop-up will appear where you can tell us more or provide detail on your feedback about this result
